• Deer Lake woman charged with impaired driving after an early morning police checkpoint

  At the detachment she blew twice the legal limit, her license was suspended, and the vehicle was seized and impounded.

• Man with suspended license nabbed after failing to stop in Stephenville Crossing last night

  At approximately 9:30 p.m., Bay St. George RCMP officers stopped the vehicle, the 38 year old male driver was issued a ticket and the vehicle was seized and impounded.
