A 19-year-old man from Pouch Cove has been charged with dangerous driving after a collision that happened in Torbay last month. RNC say shortly after 6:30 p.m. on June 25th, they were called to a two vehicle collision on Torbay Road. Operators of both vehicles were taken to hospital to be treated for injuries.
