Witnesses say an intoxicated man had jumped into the rear of a passing convertible vehicle.
A 24-year-old man is facing a long list of charges after being arrested shortly after 8:30 last night. St. John’s RNC says they were called to a disturbance in the downtown area. Witnesses say an intoxicated man had jumped into the rear of a passing convertible vehicle. Upon arrival to the area, police located the vehicle. The man has been charged with causing a disturbance, resisting arrest, assaulting a peace officer, breach of release order, and breach of probation.
