Government has provided an update on nursing recruitment saying there is a job in NL for all nurses graduating here next year. Health Minister John Hogan says they expect graduating nurses will accept these jobs. He says hiring more nurses will cut back on the number of agency nurses that are needed. Government sent an email with job offers to all nursing grads on October 31st. In April, there were over 600 nursing vacancies in NL.
