An online quit smoking/vaping program starts next week

    The program provides information, tips, tools and support to help people move forward.

    The Newfoundland and Labrador Smokers’ helpline is out with a free online quit smoking or quit vaping program. It starts January 8th and will run for four weeks on Monday evenings starting 7 p.m. There is no pressure to quit using right away. The program provides information, tips, tools and support to help people move forward. People can register now at smokershelp.net.
