The Corner Brook fire department, police and an ambulance were on the scene of a two vehicle collision this morning on Griffin Drive near MacEacheran Avenue. An Ultramar tanker and a black truck collided. It’s not known if there were any injuries. Police were controlling traffic and a tow truck arrived on the scene. Also, a couple of transport trucks were stuck on Gallant's Hill. Corner Brook was forecasted to get 5 to 15 cms of snow this morning and it fell quickly. It also came with ice pellets, freezing rain and strong winds.
