A 13 year old is facing a list of charges that include flight from police and dangerous driving, as well as, impaired operation. Bay Roberts RCMP the youth pulled up next to the patrol vehicle on Route 70 last week and sped off. Moments later, the youth and dirtbike were located and the youth tested positive for cannabis during a roadside test. Charges are also pending against the parents for unsupervised operation.
