Bay St. George RCMP arrest an impaired driver who was also a prohibited driver

    The driver, who was prohibited from driving due to a previous conviction of impaired driving, showed signs of impairment and was arrested. 

    Bay St. George RCMP have charged a 49 year old man with impaired driving. Police got a report shortly before 7:30 Sunday night and the vehicle was located on Bayside Drive. The driver, who was prohibited from driving due to a previous conviction of impaired driving, showed signs of impairment and was arrested. At the detachment, the man provided breath samples that were more than three times the legal limit. He is due to appear in court at a later date.
