The first song he ever wrote is called, “Summer Dream.” Tobin says the song also has a west coast connection since he wrote it driving back and forth to Stephenville.

Brian Tobin grew up in Bishop’s Falls, NL, and his early interest in music started as a child listening to a neighbourhood band (Canyon) as they practiced for gigs. He absolutely loved the sound of the electric guitars and bass - sounds that stuck with him all through the years. Tobin joined Bayfm’s Dean Clarke on “Scoffs and Scuffs.” The first song he ever wrote is called, “Summer Dream.” Tobin says the song also has a west coast connection since he wrote it driving back and forth to Stephenville. He released his first album titled River that Flows on November 15, 2022.
