Busy days at the Port of Corner Brook with 4 cruise ship visits in 3 days

    There are 29 scheduled cruise ships this year, which is a record season for the Port of Corner Brook.

    It’s an exciting time at the Port of Corner Brook with four cruise ship visits in 3 days, and on Sunday, there will be two cruise ships in Port at the same time. Jennifer Crane is the Business Development Manager at the Port of Corner Brook. She says this is the peak season for the cruise ship industry and the Carnival ship Legend was due in port on September 12th but rescheduled that trip to today after running into some weather. Crane says the first week of October will see 6 cruise ships in 6 days. There are 29 scheduled cruise ships this year, which is a record season for the Port of Corner Brook. Next year, there are 34 booked.
