    Celebrate NL's 75th anniversary with Canada in Hughes Brook tomorrow

    Kicking off with a  community clean up, at noon the main event will include a variety of traditional activities, cultural performances, and mouthwatering food.

    There will be a special celebration tomorrow in Hughes Brook commemorating the 75th anniversary of Newfoundland and Labrador's Confederation with Canada. It takes place at the Town hall from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Kicking off with a  community clean up, at noon the main event will include a variety of traditional activities, cultural performances, and mouthwatering food. A community poster will be created and the Corner Brook Women's Aboriginal Group will be there.
