Many people have been commenting on social media about a change in their recent bills from Newfoundland Power. On the company’s facebook page there is a post about account numbers - Customers may use their previous account number or their new account number for making payments or account inquiries. While no immediate action is required, customers should update their account number with their financial institution before Dec 31, 2023. Customers on the Automatic Payment Plan do not need to make any changes to update their new account number.
