Costs to clean Corner Brook City hall have gone up by 18.2 percent. At Monday’s public meeting council approved a bid from Blair Holdings Ltd. It was the only bid submitted and is just under $484,000 for a three year contract, compared to slightly more than $409,000 from 2021-2024.
