This is timely. The College of the North Atlantic Corner Brook campus has added a ‘Field Dressing of a Moose” seminar to its training calendar. The session will provide participants with the basic knowledge on how to field dress or ‘panche’ a moose in the wild. Discussions will include the tools needed as well as how to safely field dress, quarter, and skin a moose in the wild. There will also be a focus on the safe and hygienic handling of the meat throughout the field dressing process. The session will take place October 4th.
