Parks Canada has closed a section along Route 430.
It’s in an area between West Link Road and the Rocky Harbour town water supply chlorination building. The closed area is adjacent to the southbound lane of the highway and about 40 metres from the road shoulder to the park boundary. It will be closed to allow for the replacement of the town’s water line and will be in effect until July 15. Heavy equipment will be working in the area and motorists will face delays.
