Corner Brook city council spends less on travel

    So far this year, just over $11,460 has been spent on travel. The total travel for the previous period from July to December 2022 was $13,890.35. 

    Corner Brook city council is required to report on travel expenses and claims. So far this year, just over $11,460 has been spent on travel. Deputy Mayor Linda Chaisson broke down amounts during Monday’s council meeting. The Mayor, Deputy Mayor Linda Chaisson and Councillor Bill Griffin attended the May 2023 FCM Conference in Toronto. The total travel for the previous period from July to December 2022 was $13,890.35.
