It’s not a city street or responsibility, but Corner Brook Mayor Jm Parsons has given an update on work taking place on the Lewin Parkway overpass. On Bayfm with Lenny Benoit, Parsons says it’s been an issue now for a while after starting as a resurfacing project. There were issues with getting the bearings needed since they had to be fabricated overseas. Parsons says it’s been frustrating for motorists but should be completed soon. Parsons says another big project that created inconvenience was the westbound exit at Massey Drive, which opened last week.
