Hike for hundreds in Corner Brook
June is Recreation month, a time to recognize the importance of being active and involved. Stephanie Bennett is the Recreation Supervisor with the City of Corner Brook. She says they have a challenge for everyone that can lead to a $300 prize by hiking 3 trails around the city and sending a picture of each trek. The president of the Corner Brook Baseball Association, Jason Mosher, says their program is run based on these student grants and they have been getting enough for 7 for as long as he can remember.
