Councillor Bill Griffin says a retaining wall in Curling needs a guardrail

    The city will be assessing the situation to determine what can be done.

    Corner Brook city councillor Bill Griffin wants to know if a guard rail can be installed in Curling at the retaining wall that is due to be replaced. He says it’s very dangerous and there is drop on a curb section there and he questioned why a guard rail isn’t there. The city will be assessing the situation to determine what can be done.
