Crime has no jurisdictions: RNC

    Friday, 28 April 2023 12:46

Cst. James Cadigan of the RNC

RNC Constable James Cadigan says police don’t have jurisdictions when it comes to crime.

Last week, a driver was arrested by RNC in Mount Moriah, which is policed by RCMP.  Cst. Cadigan says both police forces work together. Cst. Cadigan says the recent work by the RCMP RNC Joint Forces Operation West is evidence of success. As a result of the JFO West, 24 people have been arrested and are facing drug related charges. This after 15 homes were  searched throughout the Corner Brook, Humber Valley and Deer Lake areas over the past year.
