Cutting crews widening transmission line corridors in Gros Morne until next month

    Visitors are advised to travel with caution in areas where work is occurring, obey all on-site signage and posted speed limits, and watch for travel instructions from safety personnel.

    Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro will be widening the transmission line corridors in Gros Morne National Park up until October 10th. Manual cutting crews will be working between Fox Pond/Bad Weather Pond and Southeast Brook, and from Berry Hill to Sally's Cove. Visitors are advised to travel with caution in areas where work is occurring, obey all on-site signage and posted speed limits, and watch for travel instructions from safety personnel. Moose hunting begins in Gros Morne National Park on September 16th.
