Dean Penney appeared in Corner Brook Provincial court yesterday and the matter has been set over to Friday. He was arrested and charged with first degree murder in connection with the woman’s disappearance seven years ago from St. Anthony. While no remains have been found, RCMP say there is enough evidence to lay the charge.
