Doctors can now work in each of the Atlantic Provinces by opting into the Atlantic Physician Register.
For an annual fee of $500, doctors on the register would no longer be subject to locum or temporary licence fees. Premier Andrew Furey says the plan to improve health care in this province includes innovative solutions and close collaboration with stakeholders. He says the Atlantic Physician Register will help create tangible change for physicians and residents across our region.
