Final Phase of the elimination of the 1.6 kilomtre bus rule coming today

    A news event has been planned to start 10:30 this morning in St. John’s.

    Premier Andrew Furey and Transportation Minister Fred Hutton will discuss the final phase of the elimination of the 1.6 kilometre busing policy. A news event has been planned to start 10:30 this morning in St. John’s. They will be joined by Jamie Korab, MHA-elect for Waterford Valley; and Don Coombs, President of the Newfoundland and Labrador Federation of School Councils.
