Grants totaling $202,000 awarded to 34 recipients that foster positive mental health

    The Community Education Network of CYN Southwestern will get $4,000, the Flat Bay Indian Band gets $5,000, and Pasadena Academy will get slightly more than $2,700. 

    A total of $202,000 has been awarded to 34 recipients through the Community Addictions Prevention and Mental Health Promotion Grants.  Funding of up to $10,000 is available to support eligible individuals, schools and community groups or organizations with initiatives that foster positive mental health and prevention of substance use and addictions. The Community Education Network of CYN Southwestern will get $4,000, the Flat Bay Indian Band gets $5,000, and Pasadena Academy will get slightly more than $2,700.
