Go to: www.htsp.ca and follow their links, or pull up their app on your smartphone's app store right now to download. The meters will still take good old fashioned change for anyone that feels so inclined.

The City of Corner Brook has been dealing with a lot of graffitti especially on street signs or light pole but the mayor says there's not much they can do about it.
