    It's Mental Health Week

    This year’s theme is "Healing Through Compassion because #CompassionConnects."

    This is Mental Health Week, an annual event to celebrate and raise awareness about the importance of mental health. This year’s theme is Healing Through Compassion because #CompassionConnects. Quinn Jesso is a Promotions Coordinator with the Community Mental Health Initiative. She joined Bayfm’s Lenny Benoit this week and says mental health is your overall well being. Jesso says too much negativity adds to everyone’s stress level and mental health. Jesso says it’s vital to have a good work-life balance.
