Job opening for a new After Stroke Program Coordinator

    Stroke patients will be offered a personalized recovery plan for a seamless transition from hospital to home.

    The March of Dimes is getting $105,000 to hire a new After Stroke Program Coordinator. Job duties include improving support for stroke survivors, family members and caregivers. Stroke patients will be offered a personalized recovery plan for a seamless transition from hospital to home.
