Laura Keating is hitting the west coast with her "Folk on Fire Tour"

    She tells Bayfm’s Lenny Benoit they will perform at Our Lady of Mercy Heritage Church & Complex tomorrow, and then onto Boomstick Brewing Company, Cafe 59 and The Merchant Warehouse!

    Ontario-based folk-rock singer-songwriter Laura Keating is making her way through the west coast. It’s part of her “Folk on Fire”Tour which started Sunday at the Saltbox restaurant in Benoit’s Cove. She tells Bayfm’s Lenny Benoit they will perform at Our Lady of Mercy Heritage Church & Complex tomorrow, and then onto Boomstick Brewing Company, Cafe 59 and The Merchant Warehouse! Keating’s Debut Album Let Me Tell You has received notable recognition including radio airplay on several folk shows in Canada, US, UK, Netherlands, Wales and Italy. She plans on putting out a new album within the next year.
