Lynx sighting reported in Steady Brook this morning, keep an eye on your pets

    Keep small dogs and cats indoors whenever possible, and always accompany pets when taking them outside.

    The Town of Steady Brook is advising residents there was a report of a Lynx sighted in the town this morning. It was seen in the Wilton Street area. Keep small dogs and cats indoors whenever possible, and always accompany pets when taking them outside. Wildlife has been notified, but please call (709) 632-9897 for further sightings or concerns.
