A 38-year old and he has been charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
Shortly before 9 o’clock last night RNC were called to an assault in progress on Birchy Cove Drive. Cst Cadigan says the suspect had a knife and fled the area before police got to the scene. He says they arrested a 38-year old and he has been charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. Cst Cadigan says no one was injured and the 38-year old man is due in court next month.
