Police in St. John’s arrested a 42 year man who was prohibited from driving Canada wide. RNC say they noticed a suspicious vehicle in Mount Pearl around 10:42 last night. Police say the driver was operating without a valid license, and insurance. RNC say he had $10,000 in outstanding traffic fines. He was sent to lockup and police seized the vehicle.
