    This year's theme is #MyStory.

The Canadian Mental Health Association says in any given year, 1 in 5 people in Canada will personally experience a mental health problem or illness. Corner Brook Mayor Jim Parsons says we’ve come a long way when it comes to talking about mental health and stress is unavoidable. The CMHA says by age 40, about 50% of the population will have or have had a mental illness.
