School bus safety is paramount and Digital and Government Services NL does regular inspections to make sure our children are safe. Minister Sarah Stoodley  recently tagged along with a couple of highway enforcement officers to inspect school buses. She says regular inspections on school buses are done in July and again in November and 100 percent of school buses are inspected before school starts each year Stoodley says the inspections took about 30-45 minutes and were very thorough. She says every new bus has to be inspected by an official inspection station.
