Work includes new underground infrastructure, curb/gutter, sidewalk (1 side) and asphalt  Approximately 80% of underground piping is complete. Meanwhile, Pender says there are several other big projects this construction season, like the Deep Gulch Brook project, which is near the intersection of O’Connell Drive and University Drive.
