    Tuesday, 25 April 2023 16:14

It looks like some relief is on the horizon. Mayor Jim Parsons says Herald Towers is being developed into an apartment complex, and there’s development at the former Western Star building and Presentation school.

Mayor Parsons says the downtown area is the right place or this type of development. He says this private sector development proves there is a need and a market.
