Marine Atlantic is putting the brakes on adding a fuel surcharge. The crown corporation said a hike was to be put in place tomorrow but has opted to delay the implementation of the updated fuel surcharge until at least December 1, The current 13 per cent fuel surcharge will remain in place until that time.
