Corner Brook residents are reminded that the ban on overnight parking is in effect. Vehicles cannot be parked on street sides between 12 am and 8 am, and owners could be ticketed or towed. Shortly after 11:00 p.m. Saturday evening, police conducting a traffic enforcement observed a vehicle travelling well under the posted speed limit. The driver showed signs of impairment and later failed a roadside screening
