Only 12 social housing units have been renovated in the western region

    A request for quotations was issued in October and work is complete on 62 of the 143 units identified.

    Only 12 of the 143 provincially vacant units owned by the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation (NLHC) from the western region have been renovated. A request for quotations was issued in October and work is complete on 62 of the 143 units identified. While work is complete on units in the western region, the estimated completion of all units will be by the end of next year.
