The opposition is calling on government to do something in light of the recent cyberattack on Grenfell Campus. Joedy Wall is the critic for Digital Government and Service NL. He says a similar cyberattack in 2021 crippled our health care system and was one of the biggest incidents in the county. Wall says the latest cyberattack has delayed classes at Sir Wilfred Grenfell Campus and the School of Nursing until Monday. He says the Minister led a delegation from her Department to the Symposium on Digital Trust and Cyber Security in Ontario in September and he  would like to know what they learned. Wall says the Marine Institute in St. John’s has also been impacted and to date the number of individuals impacted and the type of information taken is unknown. He says faculty have been told to use their personal computers and wonders if that is appropriate.
