The leader of the opposition, Tony Wakeham, says is wondering what’s happening with talks between government and the AAHP. The Association of Allied Health Professionals broke off talks in October and earlier this month, they were in a strike position. Wakeham says they want respect and equal pay. He says pay grades need to be adjusted. Wakeham says job descriptions need to be updated to match work that is done and the requirements with the pay.
