Hybnes has been teaching pottery and art classes everyday of the week for the past ten years.
Denise Hynes of Hughes Brook had private art lessons as a child and later studied art. Now, Hynes is the owner of Crimson Art Studio in Corner Brook. She joined Bayfm’s Terry Boland for a chat this week and says her love for pottery started as a little girl living in Cow Head and making things out of clay they would find on the beech. Hynes says her parents and grandparents are also artists. She has been teaching pottery and art classes everyday of the week for the past ten years. Hynes says the pottery business has been booming for the past few years. She has her public studio on O’Connell Drive but also has private studios where she completes her pottery and paintings.
