The group will leave Margaret Bowater Park and turn onto O’Connell Drive, head down to West Valley Road and travel to Central Street and then the Majestic Lawn. Motorists are asked to avoid the area if possible.

Pride Month continues with a big splash from the Corner Brook Bay of Islands Pride Committee. The annual Pride Parade will take place tomorrow and road closures will start at 1pm and continue as long as the parade is ongoing. Spokesperson Quinn Jesso says it’s going ahead despite the weather forecast. Jesso says a BBQ and drag show featuring Misty Michaud will happen at Grenfell tomorrow evening.
