Council has set June 20th at 7 pm in the Hutchings Room at city hall for the hearing and Mark Mills will preside.

Another public hearing has been set for rezoning of land north of Corporal Pinksen Drive in Corner Brook. Council has set June 20th at 7 pm in the Hutchings Room at city hall for the hearing and Mark Mills will preside. Acting city manager Darren Charters explains the difference between mosaic residential and innovation district. Mosaic residential deals with properties where densities change throughout and innovation districts gives a lot more flexibility on what can be done on the property. The amendment was adopted on April 17th, but due to a publishing issue of the hearing, it had to be rescheduled to next month.
