The Public Utilities Board has hired engineering consulting firm Bates White Economic Consulting as technical advisor in the Board’s Reliability and Resource Adequacy review. The Board’s process for the selection of a new engineering consulting firm has been ongoing since Liberty Consulting advised in September that it planned to discontinue its engagement with the Board.
