A 38-year-old woman is facing a long list of charges after being arrested last Thursday in Gambo. RCMP received numerous calls shortly before 7:30 pm saying there was a suspected impaired driver in a red SUV. Police located the driver, who was sitting in the passenger seat, and police informed her that she was wanted on another matter. The woman assaulted police a number of times during her arrest. At the detachment, she refused to provide a breath sample and continued to assault the officers. Her license was suspended and the vehicle was impounded.
