Police are doing work in the area and there is also a lot of fog. Only one lane is available.
RCMP have issued a Traffic Advisory on the east coast Trans Canada Highway. Police say the TCH eastbound near Holyrood, close to the Rod and Gun Club, has been reduced to one lane of traffic due to ongoing police work. RCMP NL requests that drivers slow down and use extreme caution in the area. The right lane of the eastbound highway is blocked by police and visibility is very poor due to fog.

Corner Brook replies to public concerns about a water main repair and recent illnesses
After a repair on December 27th, and on January 3rd, the city got an anonymous call concerned about the repairs and recent illnesses in the community.
Bay St. George RCMP looking into theft of trailer from Middle Barachois River
The trailer is a 19-foot enclosed trailer, with a three-foot extension on the back, plywood sides and tarps covering the roof. It has an Alberta licence plate (6PE0-20).
