RNC were called out to a single motorcycle accident in Corner Brook yesterday morning but the driver was gone by the time they got there. Police say it happened shortly before 11:30 in the St. Mark’s venue area. RNC found the motorcycle and witnesses said the man had left in a cab. He was located a short distance away from the scene and taken to hospital for non-life threatening injuries. RNC say the 38-year-old man from Lark Harbour did not have a valid driver’s license, insurance or registration. He was issued tickets and the motorbike was seized.
