The 35 year old male failed the breath test and was charged with Refusal to comply with Breath Demand and Impaired Operation of a Motorized Vehicle.
On Saturday at 12:20am RNC responded to the Caribou Road area after getting a report of Impaired Driving. Police located the vehicle and driver who showed obvious signs of impairment. The male was subsequently brought back to RNC Headquarters to provide a sample of his breath for analysis. The 35 year old male failed the breath test and was charged with Refusal to comply with Breath Demand and Impaired Operation of a Motorized Vehicle. Further checks were completed and the male was issued summary offence tickets for Driving while Suspended and Operating an Unregistered Vehicle. Due to his high level of intoxication he was kept in jail until sober.
