He says applicants have until the middle of July to apply. Cst.Cadigan says you must be Canadian, 19 years old, and have at least 1 year post secondary education or law enforcement experience. Newfoundland & Labrador Hydro has issued a power warning for the island, effective Saturday morning, January 24, due to ongoing conditions at the Bay d’Espoir hydroelectric plant and higher-than-normal electricity demand.
